The ACC’s Heart Failure and Transplant Section Leadership Council is a leadership forum for heart failure and transplant specialists, which shall represent the heart failure community by identifying, developing, and implementing initiatives related to heart failure and acting as a liaison between heart failure specialists and ACC leadership.
