Earn 10 Points Toward the ABIM's Maintenance of Certification (MOC) Program
To receive points toward MOC credit from Type 2 Diabetes and Cardiovascular Disease SAP, you must:
- Be enrolled in the MOC program with the ABIM.

Complete all 27 questions in Practice Exam/Claim MOC Credit online. Once you have answered all 27 questions, a Claim MOC link will appear at the top of the screen. If this link does not appear, it is likely that you may have skipped a question or two. Review the list of questions on the left side of the screen to find any you may have missed.

Click the Claim MOC link and follow the instructions to transmit your data electronically to the ABIM.
