The Cardiosource® site ("Site") is owned and operated by the American College of Cardiology Foundation ("ACCF"), 2400 N Street, NW, Washington, DC 20037.

The following terms of use ("TOS") govern the use of the Site by all users of the Site. ACCF reserves the right in its sole discretion to change the TOS from time to time. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these TOS and by any amendments in effect at the time of your visit. In addition, all users must affirmatively have agreed to the terms and conditions contained in the Registered User Agreement, which are expressly incorporated into and include these TOS.
